Fabio hails from Rome, Italy, where love of food is simply a way of life. He opened his first restaurant there at 25, then went on to cook in kitchens in New York, Quito, and the Seychelles — before making New Zealand home in 2015.

Since then he has worked at some of Auckland and Waiheke Island's most respected restaurants, most recently as the chef and owner of Cornelia — a neighbourhood restaurant in Parnell built on honest Italian food, carefully chosen wines, and the belief that a meal should always feel like a celebration.

Now Fabio brings that same philosophy directly to you. He works closely with local producers and sources the finest Italian ingredients available in New Zealand. Every menu is designed around the season, the occasion, and the people at the table.
